After spending 4 hours apartment hunting. We decided to relax at our favorite little “Hole In The Wall”. This tiny tacos restaurant hidden in a corner at the Hollywood & Highland Center called KOMIDA. It’s own my Yamashiro’s own, Chef Brock Kleweno. KOMIDA started at Yamashiro’s Farmers Market and since it was the most popular food booth they decided to turn it into a restaurant. I am a huge fan of Yamashiro. Julian and I went there last year for our 8th year anniversary and it absolutely stole my soul.
KOMIDA has the most amazing tacos I’ve ever had. They aren’t your conventional tacos. The food is very gourmet and fresh and they put things together that leave you king of like “WTF?!?!” but it turns out tasting so amazing. Like a FIESTA! of flavor in your mouth.
We live down the street from this place so we walk to KOMIDA and then shop around the Hollywood & Highland Center. If you’re in the LA area please check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Its total FOODGASM!! And their drinks are DELICIOUSLY REFRESHING!
Ok, enough about the food (though it was the highlight of our day). With a full belly and a little buzzed we then walked around the Hollywood & Highland Center and of course I had to stop at Sephora. I never leave that store empty handed. NEVERR!!
My feet started hurting. And I have to be at work at 6:00AM tomorrow (Saturday) so we called it a day a little early.
